...Seattle 1/2 Marathon 2007 -- here is how we did:

We both felt this race was much easier than the Chicago 1/2 due to cooler temps, more long runs under our belt, lots of easy downhills to coast on.
lessons learned: start closer to the front. we could only get as close as the 2h20 min pace group, so we were weaving through traffic for the first couple miles, then got stuck agian at the bottle neck on the i-90 on ramp.
