Marcy: 1h33:14, 7:31 m/m, 3rd place women overall
Bob: 1h:23:25, 6:43 m/m, 10th place men overall, 1st 10K @ 42:18 min (6:50 m/m), 2nd 10K @ 41:07 (6:38 m/m)
using the http://www.mcmillanrunning.com/mcmillanrunningcalculator.htm -gives us pace "pr"'s for both at the close to 1/2 marathon distance.
good fitness test with 8 weeks to go to the capitol city marathon!
