Bob: ran 6.2 miles at lunch with todd. average pace 9:39 min/ mile. I just ran at an easy pace today and did not really look at the heart rate monitor. hr averaged 154 bpm - higher that I would like for such an easy pace...hopefully this will improve with more time working in the lower hr zones. chirunning focus again "running on thin ice" and cadence.
