Marcy: long run 10.3 miles, time --> 1:38:55, 9:36 minute/ miles, some hills totaling about 900 vf ascent. nice running temp at 66~70 degrees. Ran from the house to Loeman park through Lincoln park, up the stairs on thistle and back to the house. Felt good, knees a bit sore the last mile.
